With over 35 years of legal experience, J. David Bender established his own law practice in August 2005.  In opening his own firm, Mr. Bender placed himself in a better position to serve solely the interests of his clients.  J. David Bender is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, and is admitted to the federal courts in all three states.  He was also sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court in 2007.
